I Heart The Mart

So, my only complaint with southernsavers.com is that she doesn't do the ads for Walmart.  Yes, I live in the BOONIES and the only stores DIRECTLY in town are Ingles (Eh....not so much) and Walmart.  After searching around I found a site that does all of their sales and then some.

Visit
http://www.iheartthemart.com/
GOOD STUFF!!!

Deals I'm going to get tomorrow:
Reach Floss: Free
Muier Glenn Tomato Paste:  Free
Athenos Greek Yogurt: Free
Tucks's Medicated Pads:  Free
Franks Red Hot: $ .38
Tabasco: $ .42
Kikkoman Soy Sauce:  $.42
Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar:  $.68
Dean's French Onion Dip:  $ .74
Jimmy Dean Crumbles: $.98
Rimmel Eye Shadow: $.47
Spic & Span: $ .47
French's Spicy Brown Mustard:  $.78

I know, that's a lot of condiments.  Sad thing is, I actually use them all.  I repeat: I NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE!

Check it out, this site is pretty good if you go to Wally World as frequently as I do.  It's one of the only places with the really obnoxious buggies that are HUGE and hold all my kids.  One day they will all walk and NOT hide in the clothes racks.....

Publix Steals

My opinion of Publix is quickly changed.  I use to HATE everything about Publix, but after being introduced to southernsavers.com, I am realizing, if you're smart, they have some of the BEST deals out there.  You just have to stay strong and ignore everything else in that expensive store.  STICK TO THE LIST :)
This week, some of my favs
Coffeemate Creamer   $.14
Power of Fruit All Fruit Bars   $.69
Lysol Neutra Air   $.79
Jolly Time Popcorn $.50
Johnson's Head to Toe Baby Lotion  FREE
House Autry Corn Meal  $.49
Pompeian Vinegar  $.50

And just for Blair
Her fav strawberries are still just $2.99
If I bring those home, she says "I love you mom!"
...I'll take it :)

Crazy Coupon Lady, the Free stuff is out there, just waiting for you!!!

I know that many of you have seen the TLC show Extreme Couponers.  Those people were a little extreme and over the top, but they have a good idea.  Why is everyone paying full-price for household items?  We all work hard for our money, so why not take an hour a week aside to cut that bill by up to 70%?? I was introduced to a site called southernsavers.com by a friend.  This lady knows what's up.  It is all SUPER organized and EASY to use.
Here's the deal, all household items hit rock bottom about every 6 weeks, so while they are at their best price you should stock up just enough to get you through, till it goes on sale again.  I surely don't have time to cut every coupon I find and then go back to try to find it.  Southern Savers makes a list of many grocery and convenient stores for you.  She lists what the crazy good deals are first and then the other items on special.  ALL are matched with any coupons available.  Many are printable.  Others are listed exactly where to find them.  All you have to do, is keep your Sunday Paper inserts and date them.  DON'T cut them all out when you get them, only cut as you need them.  It is really just that easy.
I suggest if you are interested in saving a buck, just go check it out.  If you have time to facebook, you have time to look this over.
    My examples from this week:
    PUBLIX:
    B1G1 Kelloggs Special K
    (cuts the price in 1/2)
    Apply Manuf. B1G1 coupon,
    (cuts price in 1/2 again)
    = 77 cents p/box
Get 6 to last you 6 weeks
    Roniti Pasta B1G1 special
    (cuts price in 1/2)
Apple Manuf coupon $1 off 2
    (take .50 off p/ box.)
    =.40 p/box (I got 6)
    KROGER
    Athenos Hummus .98 ea.
Apply Manuf. coupon for $2 off of 2
    =FREE
So, this morning I took an hour to look over some new ads posted and here's what I got.
These are JUST the ones with printable coupons, MANY more are posted
To give you an idea:
Target:
Free Rayovac Batteries
Free Reach Dental Floss
Kroger: Mega Event
Buy any 10 on this list and get an automatic $5 back:
Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers
24 cents each
Totino's Pizza Rolls
1.99 ea
Macaroni Grill Frozen Entrees
3.99
Wanchai Ferry Dinner Kit
3.99
Lean Cuisines
1.15

There are more from this list, I just chose these for my list
at her site (you just select what you want, and make your own printable list!!)

This deal at Kroger, you can do the $5 off multiple times, every time you get 10 items off the list, you earn another $5.  So for ex// if you had many coupons for the steamers at 24 cents, you would actually get money back towards the rest of your bill.

Ingles
Fresh Express Salad Mix
1.45
Stoneyfield organic yogurt
16 cents
Pillsbury biscuits
50 cents
Newman's own salad dressing
1.50

These prices are all after applying a coupon.

I try to only get things you will actually use and not go overboard like the first lady on the Extreme Couponing show.  That is extremely excessive.  We've got 5 mouths to feed though, so I can definitely go through some food.  Do yourself a favor while this snowstorm is coming through.   Cuddle up on the couch and look it over.  Don't just throw your money away.

Mama needs a new pair of shoes ;)

On another note, for those of you who are dedicated to this:
thecouponclippers.com is a site that clips the coupons for you.
So, you can look up the store ads the day they come out (schedule on Southern Savers) find the coupon you want on thecouponclippers, buy it for around .10 for $1 off coupon, as many as you want, and have it shipped to your house in time to have it before the end of the week when the sale is over.  Or you can look ahead of time at thecouponclippers on their tracker to see how many inserts are likely to be available in your upcoming Sunday Paper.  If there are 5, get 3 or 4 papers, if there are 2, then get just a couple papers.  Just an idea to help you plan easily!

Ha ha ha!!! For those of you participating in the Lowe's 90% off code party!

A bit of humor for those of you who are trying to win 90% off codes from Lowe's this weekend.  Some smart ass is sending this email to everyone who put their email in the comment rather than in the link.  I laughed and thought I would Share!

Congratulations!

Good news and bad news. The bad news first: this isn't an email to inform you that you've won a 90% coupon code. But now for the good news: you... succeeded in something else! What is it you succeeded in, you ask? You made it known to the thousands of other folks vying for Lowe's coupon codes that you're incapable of reading or understanding basic instructions. Yay!

Lowe's specifically stated in their rules that you should NOT post your email address in a Facebook comment. So what did you do? You posted your email address in a Facebook comment. For the world to see and use.

So why am I doing this? I harvested all your email addresses from the comments that you posted just so I could do one thing: point and laugh at you.

*point* *laugh*

I don't work for Lowe's. I don't work for Facebook. I'm just a random Facebook user who's stunned at the apparent inability of multitudes of people to read or comprehend instructions.

*point* *laugh*

While I'm going to be enjoying my new coupon codes for 90% off that Lowe's emailed me because I followed the instructions, you can enjoy... uh... this email.

*point* *laugh*

Sincerely,
See More
